To ensure the highest level of patient data accuracy, we have upgraded our prescription protocols. Beginning April 1, 2026, your options for medication will be: 

  • In-Hospital: Filled on-site.
  • Home Delivery: Processed through our cost-competitive integrated online pharmacy for seamless home delivery.
  • Physical Script: A paper script prepared for pickup (please allow 2 business days for preparation).

As pharmacies have moved to an integrated platform for human medicine, we have seen a significant increase in errors with faxed prescriptions. Upgrading our prescription protocols will allow us to maintain a seamless medical record for your pet and ensure their medications are handled with the direct oversight they deserve.
